How we care
The church Jesus is building has both an outward and inward calling. We long to see people come to know and follow Him—that’s why we’re committed to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20). But we also know the Christian life isn’t meant to be lived alone. Scripture calls us to carry one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we take that seriously as we walk together in love and grace.
At RCA, the primary way we care for members is through our Discipleship Groups, which encourage authenticity, practical care, encouragement, and prayer. Our Elders support this ministry by providing oversight and equipping Discipleship Group leaders to care for their groups well.
